Darius Vassell, Ankara'ya gelmiş ve Ankaragücü'nün 100. yıldaki büyük transfer bombası olarak bir galeyana da yol açmış havaalanında... Anlaşma konusunda kesin bir şey var mı, bilmiyorum. Üç yıllık bir sözleşme konuşulmuştu sanki ama emin değilim. Görüntülerdeki Vassell'i ikna etmek için de çok büyük bir para gerekiyor bence... Ama City forumlarında falan okuyunca, adamın doğası bu deyip geçebiliriz de... Bilmiyorum. Forumlar demişken biraz Borat muhabbeti dönmüş fotoğraflar ve videonun düşmesiyle, ama güzel mesajlar da var. Vass, orada profesyonelliği ve mücadelesiyle çok takdir gören bir adam ama gol pozisyonlarındaki beceriksizliği kimse için sır değil ve ağır alay konusu olmuşluğu da var bu durumun. Bizde Sven Goran Eriksson dönemindeki milli takım macerası ve o dönemde Türkiye'ye attığı golle belki hiçbir yerde olmadığı kadar ünlü olabilir ama biraz abartı var sanki. Edouard Coridon daha güzel transfer değil miydi yahu, onu da Ankaragücü yapmıştı...
